About The Role Digibee is looking for an experienced, passionate, and results-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist to join a Global Revenue Enablement team that supercharges Digibee's Go-To-Market organization. In this role, you will take charge of defining and executing an enablement strategy that ensures our GTM teams have the know-how and skill to best position our product suite, resulting in a sales velocity that is industry leading and best in class. This role will also play a critical role in the design and development of major cross-functional programs that impact sellers across all major businesses. This role reports to the Head of Global Revenue Operations. Day to Day
Create and execute an impactful Sales Enablement strategy that aligns with and can be measured against goals and objectives.
Partner with go-to-market leadership, Rev Ops, and Product Marketing to organize/create content for onboarding and continuous training that is up to date, accessible, and relevant.
Build and deliver training and skills assessments on the sales process and best practices, closing skill gaps through onboarding and ongoing training, and building vital competencies that help win business and engage customers.
Partner with Sales Leadership by providing insights about performance and supporting them on identifying coaching and development opportunities.
Proactively share information about the key techniques, practices, and tools that can support the work of the sales team.
Monitor and analyze the usage of sales training content and courseware
Develop and manage sales training projects and activities.
Oversee CRM performance, engagement and utilization across the Sales team, identifying opportunities for training
Partner with Sales and Marketing in the development and roll-out of Sales Plays
Assists in the definition and implementation of sales tools, processes and playbooks
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, as well as gaps in data
Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies and procedures
Oversee and manage sales enablement technology platform utilization
Contribute towards special projects that could include, but are not limited to, Sales Kick-Off (SKO), developing playbooks, certification programs, assisting with All Hands, and others
What You Will Bring To The Table
7 years in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations or a similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
Solid understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Solid understanding of sales tools and how to best implement them for a global team.
Experience developing training documentation.
Excellent creative skills that can be harnessed to create compelling specific sales assets for the whole sales process. Sales management skills and experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate sales teams.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions to diverse audiences, both in-person and remotely.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive performance improvements.
