Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm OR 1:30pm - 10:00 pm.

Initial 1 week of training, prior to regular schedule will Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

This is a summer temporary position only. End date will be discussed in interview. Start date target is January 22, 2024.

Position Overview

Responsibilities:

• Pick parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately
• Inspect and receive product
• Prepackage product for bin/emergency stock
• Inspect quality of the product before prepackaging
• Perform packaging tasks which include:
• Review pack lists to insure correct quantities

>Verify correct parts have been picked
>Box product and prepare for shipping
>Assemble cables and battery packs

• Cut tape and reel product into sale package quantities
• Shipping (Processing)
• Shipping Dock
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC answering product questions
• Handle customer change-order requests when applicable
• Investigate customer complaints regarding shipment errors and update inventory stock levels
• Perform inventory counts as related to customer shortage or overage complaints and update system
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Minimum/Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent at the time of employment
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills
• Ability to actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals
• Ability to provide a positive, professional and enthusiastic outlook or perspective
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to change focus quickly based on requests by employees/management

Physical Requirements

• Regular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipment
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motion
• Capable of spending 8-10 hours walking/standing on concrete
• Regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
• Ability to twist or bend and occasionally climb stairs
• Ability to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
