Large independent gastroenterology practice in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina is seeking a full-time Medical Scheduler for our Asheville office. This position would work with patients and providers. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced call center where attention to detail and accuracy are essential, be skilled in coordinating with patients, providers, hospital and laboratory personnel, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including excellent phone etiquette.

Successful candidate must have call center experience, experience with an electronic medical records (EMR) system and experience in the health care field is preferred.

Certified Medical Assistants and Pharmacy Technicians are strongly encouraged to apply.

Monday-Friday with possible occasional Saturdays.
