DIG is looking for a high performing Fleet Account Coordinator. We are a fast-growing marketing/signage company headquartered in Jackson, MS that creates effective branding and advertising concepts. Vehicle graphics, window, floor and wall murals, trade show signage, environmental signage, retail signage, interior/exterior signage and graphics are just a portion of products and services that we provide. We have a team of graphic designers, coordinators, production staff and an installation team that support our current sales staff that helps bring our clients ideas to fruition nationally.

We are looking for a Fleet Account Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative support to our Account Managers to ensure smooth sales procedures. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different clients at the same time. If you have experience with logistics and understand what excellent customer service is, we would like to meet you. Our ideal candidate is able to both administer daily support to our Account Management team and excellent customer service to our clients. Ultimately, you will drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the Fleet team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Problem solve.
  • Have patience and ability to read customers and their needs.
  • Must be very organized.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to customer related issues.
  • Update internal active jobs spreadsheet with individual project information.
  • Coordinate off site/nationwide jobs for Account Management team.
  • Conduct research on prospective third party install partners.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timeline is met.
  • Communicate updates to Account Management team.

Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
