Minimum Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Standing, Bending, Twisting
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasional
• Push / pull carts containing product occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Walking
• Reaching
• Use of both hands and arms
• Operate a motor vehicle
• Must be able to work in a safety sensitive position

General Working Conditions / Environment

• Room Temperature while in stores
• At times being in refrigerated cooler areas

Job Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read and write English
• Military experience welcome
• Must have proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Must possess excellent communication, organization, creativity, and customization skills
• Exercise strong time management skills. Including scheduling, planning and prioritizing workloads
• Must be able to exercise independent decision-making skills on a regular basis
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Occasional weekend work (Special Customer Event)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service / sales experience preferred. Previous deli experience is a plus
• Must have a reliable vehicle and must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass the company issued Serv Safe test
