• Required valid driver's license with insurance
• Only full-time positions are available
• Must have own transportation to and from work (including travel to client's homes throughout the day)

Details About The Job:

• Mon-Fri 8-5 typical work day
• Service Area: Tallahassee, Fl
• Weekends are optional!

Summary of Responsibilities:

• The ability to lift 20 lbs; stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform cleaning duties
• Collecting payments when needed
• Meeting with homeowners to discuss their expectations and preferences
• Following work orders on a day-to-day basis
• Filling out checklists, timesheets, and any other item pertaining to the job
• Consistently keeping work area clean and organized (including vehicle)
• Responding to homeowners' inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Informing homeowners and supervisors of any accidents that may occur during the course of cleaning.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing most if not all room appliances
• Spot cleaning doors and frames.
• Cleaning interior windows
• Making beds
• Vacuuming and mopping carpets/floors
• Other house cleaning duties may apply
