Job Description
The Crew Leader / Backup Driver is responsible for job setup, direct support, and supervision of mobile crew employees. In addition, the Crew Leader is responsible for driving the mobile crew safely and effectively and is responsible for providing support and direction to the mobile crew for the collection of garbage from buildings, businesses, and other facilities as per schedule to ensure garbage is removed, transported and disposed of according to set policies.
Responsible for providing downtime activities when consumers are not directly engaged in contract work to include vocational training, skill-building in areas chosen by the consumer, daily living skills, health, and safety training, etc.

Requirements
Education :
HS Diploma / GED plus 2 years of relevant work experience or AA degree in a related field. Prior experience working with people with disabilities is required.
