Utilizing these core technology platforms, DiCon develops world-class products and markets most of these products directly to end customers. The company has strong vertically integrated capabilities, allowing it to respond to ever-changing customer needs as well as create new markets. We currently have an immediate need for the Logistics Associate position. This position is responsible for a broad range of administrative, logistic tasks and functions, including, but not limited to:

  • Plan and manage the logistics of business operation
  • Administer inter-company Shipping and Receiving functions between subsidiary in Taiwan, headquarter in the US, and remote warehouses across US.
  • Handle Sales & Marketing trade show arrangements including travel and booth materials
  • Assist with project involving sales or rental of products (Customer Service, Logistics)
  • Support place purchase orders and search new suppliers, vendors
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Participate in projects as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent
  • one-year experience working for warehousing, logistics, wholesale, shipping, or freight forwarding companies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Must be able to take the initiative, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
