What is Dickey's BBQ PIT CREW:
The store manager has the primary responsibility to deliver GREAT Energy, Speed, and Barbecue. Dickey’s Barbecue Pit strives to deliver great food and great service to every single guest, every single time. Creating an authentic, memorable, and appetizing barbecue experience for each of our guests.
What will you do:
As a Store Manager your role could be but not limited to cashier, utility, block assist and drive thru operations. The Manager must obtain excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain all Dickey’s policies and procedures. This includes cooking, cleaning, and interacting with our guests. Our commitment to customer service, cleanliness & serving fresh, quality food is what really sets us apart from the rest. Above all else, our guests are the priority, we dictate their experience, and they pay us to be here. Also, schedules, food ordering and standard manger duties.
