We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Apparel Associate to join our team. As an Apparel Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the apparel department.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product knowledge and assistance to customers

- Assist with sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system

- Maintain a clean and organized apparel department

- Stock merchandise and ensure proper display of products

- Provide information on features and benefits

- Assist customers with fitting rooms and offer styling suggestions

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory and display areas

- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers

- Previous experience in jewelry sales, technology sales, or wireless sales is desirable

- Bilingual proficiency is an asset for serving a diverse customer base

- Knowledge of POS systems for processing sales transactions

- Retail sales experience is preferred but not required
