Pay : $500 monthly base salary, plus 4% of internal gross profit and up to $1,000 monthly focus commission.

Paid Holidays : Hannah Motor Company offers 5 paid holidays per year to Internal Service Advisor subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Writes up internal vehicles to have the used vehicle inspection, repairs & detail done to get the vehicle ready for retail sale.
• Ensures all recalls on used vehicles are completed before sold.
• Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.
• Schedules used car reconditioning including windshield replacement, etc.
• Process and review all internal repair orders
• Advises Used Car Manager on the repair recommendations of each used car after the technician has done the inspection.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Establishes "promised time." Checks with team foreman, if necessary.
• Checks on progress of repair throughout the day & updates the store management team at the end of each business day.
• Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed and additional work and authorization is noted. Closes repair order as appropriate.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Drive the vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls and parking lot as needed.
