Toyota of Gladstone is seeking a skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for processing and administering warranty claims and ensuring the timely and accurate submission of claims to manufacturers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of warranty administration experience and be well-versed in automotive industry standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and processing warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicating with manufacturers regarding claim submissions and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintaining accurate records of warranty claims and related documentation
- Coordinating with service advisors and technicians to ensure that all necessary information and documentation is collected for each claim
- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures
- Providing support to the service department as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warranty administration
- Strong understanding of automotive industry standards and practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with CDK Drive and Toyota Warranty System is a plus
