Pay: Commission 7.5% on individual repair order gross parts and labor plus spiffs/bonuses -according to terms of pay plan, with average total monthly compensation of $9200 and increased earnings potential based on total individual service sales.

Paid Time Off: We believe a healthy work life balance is crucial to an individual’s success, which is why we are proud to offer some of the most competitive PTO compensation in the industry. All new regular full-time employees begin accruing 4 hours of PTO per pay period and increases after your first year. Part-Time employees will accrue PTO at an hourly rate of .046 regardless of tenure.

Benefit eligibility begins the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plan. Paid Holidays:Hannah Motor Company offers 5 paid holidays per year to Service Advisor subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.
