DiBartola Dental is Hiring a Full-time Associate Dentist Near Bridgeville, PA

Job Overview:
We are seeking an associate dentist interested in gaining experience in the private practice setting.

Out ideal associate is interested in learning and developing their skill set in case presentation and higher level dental skills such as implantology and molar root canals. We are searching for a dentist eager to develop their skills in all areas.

Duties:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
- Conduct routine dental examinations and provide treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral health care and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar software
- Follow aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
- Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge in patient care
- Collaborate with the dental team for comprehensive patient care
- Interpret medical imaging results for diagnosis and treatment planning

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license in good standing
- Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental software
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation and medical records management
- Familiarity with infection control practices in a dental office setting
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience working with digital dental imaging systems
- Knowledge of advanced dental procedures such as implants or orthodontics
