Diamonds Gentlemen Club is Hiring a Hospitality Manager (Nightlife Bar Gentlemen's Club) Near Portland, OR

Diamonds Gentlemen’s Club is in Downtown Portland Oregon! Our mission is to provide an upscale customer focused experience within the Downtown area.

Maintaining all food, drink and alcohol functions to ensure that exceptional food and beverage quality is being delivered to the guest with prompt and courteous service.

Job Duties:

Hiring, managing, scheduling and training of all team members (kitchen, bar, security)

Develop effective shift strategies and ensure that all areas are properly staffed at all times.

Provide work direction to employees on required tasks, encourage teamwork, professionalism and creativity.

Responsible for inventory management and support of the center's operational goals.

Provide excellent premium customer service to all guests.

Order all food and beverage supplies.

Check incoming goods and supplies to ensure quality and quantity, checking invoice for accuracy.

Maintain cost figures and margins, advise general manager of needed price changes.

Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean, sanitized, and maintained properly.

Perform opening & closing duties which involves cash handling & credit card processing.

Job Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.

Must have all required certifications and strong knowledge of health regulations, food preparation and trends.

Must have knowledge of liquor laws & knowledge of bartending.

Must have the ability to bend and reach for objects.

Must have solid communication skills - oral & written.

Must be available to work at night & weekends.

Must be reliable & punctual.

Ability to multi-task.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Must have a positive energetic attitude - outgoing personality.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
