Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing teams in the successful completion of projects. The Roofing Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing installation, repair, and maintenance while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise roofing crews to ensure efficient and high-quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with project managers to schedule work assignments and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Train and mentor roofing crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of materials and equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a roofer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Commitment to safety practices and regulations in the construction industry.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
