Diamond Willow Assisted Living is seeking a temporary LALD professional to assist in the operations in our Proctor Minnesota location during a transitional phase in management. The LALD professional is accountable for the operations of Diamond Willow communities to ensure sustainability, regulatory compliance, and profitability, high levels of satisfaction of residents, families and associates which align with the mission and values of Diamond Willow Assisted Living. (This can potentially become a permanently role.)

Qualifications:
Highly skilled at problem solving, organization and communication.
Experience with marketing and public speaking a plus.
Works with corporate management team in the development of the operations tactical plans and executes strategic direction to support the achievement of the long-term goals of Diamond Willow locations.
Conducts and reviews findings from internal operational audits and reports, identifies potential problems and as necessary, develops and implements operational improvement plans.
Identify training needs; plan and conduct training/in-services as requested.
Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations and industry standards of proactive and professional practice guidelines.

Experience:
Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) Required
Experience working with senior adults and serving those with a dementia diagnosis or long term health needs.
Strong leadership and team building skills.
Positive attitude and desire to serve others.

Experience:

Assisted living: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

LALD (Licensed Assisted Living Director) (Required)
