Diamond Willow is an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility that started in 2004. We have 9 locations throughout Minnesota, each site has 26-30 residents per facility. We are committed to providing the utmost quality of care with the emphasis on person-centered care planning.
Diamond Willow is hiring immediately for a Full Time Lead Resident Assistant with ability to share on-call duties in our Alexandria, MN location. This position will be paid a higher starting wage as this person will need to be expected to work all shifts when needed.

• WE DO NOT MANDATE - You work your shift and go home. Overtime pay after 8 hours.
• High staff to resident ratio that results in more personalized care towards residents!
• We have full and part time available and many open shifts on block scheduling so you always know your schedule.
• We offer at least $17.00 starting wage and increase from there depending on experience and licensure, plus shift differentials for EVENING and NOC Shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being
- Oversee staff duties such as cleaning, meal preparation, and client cares
- Accurately documenting information
- Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
- Promote team work
Qualifications:
Compassion and care for those in the geriatric community
Must thrive in a team work setting
Previous experience of at least 1 year in similar setting
Must be able to occasionally fill in when needed, which may be a night shift, afternoon shift or a weekend. On-Call
