Diamond Willow is an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility that started in 2004. Our Lester Park facility consists of a home like atmosphere with 26 residents. We are committed to providing the utmost quality of care with emphasis on person-centered care planning. This facility is under brand new management and are looking for people who want to join a dynamic team. We believe our caregivers are the foundation to our success.

• WE DO NOT MANDATE - You work your shift and go home. Overtime pay after 8 hours.
• High staff to resident ratio that results in more personalized care towards residents!
• We have full and part time available and many open shifts on block scheduling so you always know your schedule.
• We offer at least $17.00 starting wage and increase from there depending on experience and licensure, plus shift differentials for EVENING and NOC Shifts.
• Opportunities for advancement/current Lead Caregivers needed.

Bonus Plan
$100 after 160 hours of completed work, $100 after 320 hours of completed work, $100 after 480 hours of completed work, $100 after 640 hours of completed work.

Responsibilities
Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
Accurately documenting information

Qualifications
Compassion and care for those in the geriatric community
Strong work ethic
Previous experience is not required

Job Types: Part-Time
Shifts: 6:30am-2:30pm, 4-8pm, 2:30pm-10:30pm, 10:30pm-6:30am, rotating weekends
Pay Range: Based on experience, Licensure and Shift Differentials. Pay range shown includes shift differentials
