Overview:
Diamond Willow is an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility that started in 2004. Our facility in our Alexandria, MN location. We provide the utmost quality of care with an emphasis on person-centered care planning in our home like atmosphere. We believe our caregivers are the foundation to our success.
Responsibilities:
Be able to assist with Resident Cares.
Produce monthly schedule for staff and keep up to date with all changes.
Managing monthly budgets for groceries, medical supplies, housekeeping and activities.
Anticipate immediate and future staffing needs.
Respond to all applicants and conduct interviews efficiently.
Coordinate new hire and annual training with all employees.
Communicate any concerns of call in’s to RN/LPN.
Ensure completion of room turnovers.
Requirements:
Rotating on call demands, must be able to work any shift if needed.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to work with staff and supervisors.
Must thrive in a team work setting
Computer proficiency
Qualifications:
1-2 years in long term health care preferred.
