This direct care position earns a competitive wage of $13 to $15/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. For full time Night Watch employees, we offer excellent benefits and perks, including on-shift meals and the opportunity to impact the lives of youth. As a Night Shift Youth Mentor, you have the rewarding job of providing direct care to our youth participants during nighttime hours. You act as an advisor, supervising students overnight, during dormitory activities, and while transporting them on-campus. Additionally, you perform visual dorm checks to ensure student safety. As part of your direct care position, you are awake and alert at all times while on shift.

You ensure that safety and containment are maintained at all times. You patiently follow protocol in maintaining discipline among students. Your empathy comes through in your interactions with each participant that you work with, but you also maintain proper professional boundaries at all times. You model exemplary behavior and follow employee guidelines. In this mentoring position, you love making a difference in the lives of youth!
