DPG is hiring a Superintendent for residential new constructions.

Superintendents are responsible for leading all aspects and phases of a residential construction project from pre-construction to final completion in support of DPG's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Billingual is strongly preferred.

Strong email communication.

Strong knowledge of residential building codes.

Owner meetings.

Candidate must be a highly self-motivated, cost-conscious, organized, multi-tasker with excellent communication and paperwork skills.

Full-time on-site supervision over ALL construction activities.

Scheduling and managing sub-contractors.

Organizing and managing the project team and task assignments.

Three years experience as a Superintendent required.

Ability to completely manage projects from preconstruction through project closeout.

Assist in project job cost and schedule to ensure on time completion and profitability

Assist with pre-construction activities.

Review project plans and specifications to ensure requirements are being met, and identify feasibility issues early on Develop and maintain a project schedule, and coordinate required dates with Superintendent and subcontractors

Monitor schedule closely to ensure completion within contract timeframes Coordinate with Owner throughout project and provide cost effective problem solving solutions

Other duties as determined.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
