Diamond Point Management is Hiring a Construction Manager - Part Time Near Plattsburgh, NY
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER NEEDED FOR DIAMOND POINT MANAGEMENT in Lake Placid, NY to oversee a residence renovation. Part-time hours are flexible and can work remote at certain times.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee construction & meet project deadlines
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Oversee writing of contracts and bidding of contracts
- Ordering materials
- Follow estimates and stay within budgets
- Meeting with property owners and keeping them informed of job progress
- Coordinating and managing the entire project from start-up through closeout
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, track job costs
- Scheduling
Candidates possess the following:
- Superior communication skills
- Superior documentation skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to understand project goals and meet set deadlines
- Must be able to run multiple residential projects concurrently
Qualifications:
- 10 years’ experience in all aspects of Construction Project Management
- Management skills required
- Must be an excellent communicator with superior organizational skills
- Ability to work well and communicate efficiently with clients, subcontractors and other members of your team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
