A reputable nationwide company providing healthcare services to nursing homes is looking to immediately hire a Board-certified Family Practice/Internal Medicine Doctor to work as a Medical Director for a Nursing Home located in Oakland in the State of New York. A minimum of 7 years of experience in management and a New York state license are required. Salary is $220,000-$300,000 a year plus a hefty employment package that includes PTO and full health insurance.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall care and clinical practice carried out at the facility, Applies clinical and administrative skills to guide the facility in providing care, Helps the facility develop and manage both quality and safety initiatives, including risk management, and Provides information that helps others (including facility staff, practitioners, and those in the community) understand and provide care.

Qualifications:

Board-certified in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine, Active New York state license, A minimum of 7 years of experience in Management, and Great team leadership skills.
