A chain of nursing homes is looking to immediately hire several qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) who are looking for a stable and stress-free lifestyle.

This job entails coding the patients' charts in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). This is an office job without interacting with patients. Training will be provided.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with no weekend coverage or on-call schedule.

The compensation is purely based on an RVU system and without a base salary. The current staff is earning an average of $75,000 to $85,000 per year plus a generous benefits package.

Each coder is expected to code about 15 patient charts per day.
