Job Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance RV / Mobile Home Park to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in power tools, equipment repair, plumbing, electric and mechanical knowledge. Carpentry experience a plus. This position will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on RVs and mobile homes spaces within our park.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on RVs and mobile home spaces, including landscaping, painting, minor electrical and plumbing.
- Conduct inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with pumps and equipment
- Utilize power tools, tractors and the ability to learn heavy equipment
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing any concerns or questions they may have

Experience:
- Previous experience in a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with power tools and their proper usage
- Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
