Job Opportunity: Warehouse Supervisor – HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Services

What we need done: As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our operations, overseeing all aspects of the warehouse to ensure efficient and seamless operations. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to provide top-notch HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services to our valued customers.

• Inventory Management:

-Order HVAC equipment.

-Return parts for HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical.

-Track payments received for warranties or returns.

-Track in Service Titan.

-Take Truck and Van inventory once a quarter.

-Take shop inventory once a month.

-Filters: Order, restock, etc.

• Logistics Coordination: Efficiently manage shipping, receiving, and distribution processes. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to job sites as needed.

-Deliver parts as necessary.

• Supervision and Leadership: Lead a skilled team of warehouse personnel. Provide coaching, guidance, and training to ensure a motivated and well-coordinated workforce.

-Manage the parts delivery team.

-Train new parts team on breakdown.

-Oversee the recycling of equipment.

• Operational Excellence: Implement and enhance processes for efficient warehouse operations, from order picking to dispatch. Strive for continuous improvement and implement best practices.

-Pull orders & equipment for installations.

-Verify model and serial #s on invoice and on equipment for the right job.

-Stage the install jobs.

-Communicate with Install manager on any problems to install day.

-Provide list to Sales Manager of in stock equipment (not spoken for).

-Pull parts for HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical departments.

• Safety Compliance: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment. Lead by example and ensure all staff adhere to safety regulations.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment, ensuring proper functioning and scheduling repairs as needed.

-Confirm oil changes in all vehicles.

-Coordinate tire changes (snow/regular).

Who we are looking for:

• Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally in HVAC, Plumbing, or related field.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective leadership abilities, with experience in supervising warehouse staff.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
• High integrity with a focus on safety.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass a drug and background check and have a clean driving record.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
