Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism, to provide behavior analysis services and develop effective treatment plans.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and goals
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the presence of autism spectrum disorder
- Provide guidance and training to caregivers and other professionals working with individuals with autism
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Experience:
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
- Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorder
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (english and spanish )
