Custom Home Project Manager Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall management for multiple construction projects including; plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities.
• Assist in bidding and buying scopes of work in the ID drawings.
• Ensure that every project is managed to maximize customer satisfaction including, quality control and change orders.
• Coordinate and conduct pre-construction meetings as well as final selections.
• Use Procore software effectively.
