• Assist in the hiring, training, and scheduling of all gameday staff including ushers, ticket takers, guest services representatives, team attendants, and interns
• Maintain, distribute, and track stadium equipment such as ticket scanners, metal detecting wands, radios, tables, chairs, etc.
• Assist with the preparation of the game day newsletter for distribution to all stadium employees
• Schedule police, EMTs, janitorial staff, and other third-party contractors for all events as needed
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure stadium is prepared for all events
• Plan & execute set-up and break-down of all events held at AutoZone Park, including baseball to soccer and soccer to baseball stadium conversions. Be willing to assist where necessary.
• Assist with all aspects of stadium special event rentals - sales, contracts, setup & breakdown, staffing, logistics – and serve as on-site event manager for assigned events
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, sports management, or related field is required
• 2-3 years of managerial experience is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Availability to work outside traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
• Ability to speak Spanish will be considered a plus
