DIAMOND BASEBALL HOLDINGS LLC is Hiring a Coordinator, Stadium Operations Near Memphis, TN
Assist in the hiring, training, and scheduling of all gameday staff including ushers, ticket takers, guest services representatives, team attendants, and interns
Maintain, distribute, and track stadium equipment such as ticket scanners, metal detecting wands, radios, tables, chairs, etc.
Assist with the preparation of the game day newsletter for distribution to all stadium employees
Schedule police, EMTs, janitorial staff, and other third-party contractors for all events as needed
Coordinate with other departments to ensure stadium is prepared for all events
Plan & execute set-up and break-down of all events held at AutoZone Park, including baseball to soccer and soccer to baseball stadium conversions. Be willing to assist where necessary.
Assist with all aspects of stadium special event rentals - sales, contracts, setup & breakdown, staffing, logistics – and serve as on-site event manager for assigned events
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, sports management, or related field is required
2-3 years of managerial experience is preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to function in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Availability to work outside traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
Ability to speak Spanish will be considered a plus
