Diamond & Aces Sports Center is the Triangle’s premier baseball and softball training and sports recreation facility for athletes of all ages and skill levels. We utilize experienced, professional coaches to train players from ages 6-18 to improve their abilities on the field.

We are hosting summer camps and are looking for qualified baseball and softball instructors for our outdoor field camps that run from June-August. Coaches could also extend their instruction by providing lessons or participating in development programs to players at Diamond & Aces facility (not necessary for job consideration)

Our coach / instructor will:

• Provide group and one-on-one instruction on fundamentals of baseball or softball to players at different levels
• Assist in the development of athletes, maximizing their potential
• Work well with children between ages of 6-15
• Wants to teach/coach the game and has an idea for how the game is evolving
• Must be comfortable working outside on baseball/ softball field

Desired attributes:

• Playing and/or coaching experience in college or professional levels
• High school coaching experience will be considered
• Ability to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge
• Passion for baseball, softball, or athleticism that is contagious
• Knowledge of multiple positions and overall gameplay
• Ability to work during the day during the week (8 AM - 12:30 PM)
