Exciting opportunity to join a team of highly motivated and energized professionals working 20 hours/week to complete nutrition assessments, develop care plans, handle EMR documentation, patient and family counseling and feedback.
Qualifications
BS/AA in Nutrition with at least 12 months experience as a Registered Dietitian as required by State regulations. Valid certification, reliable daily transportation and able to travel to local sites required. Some remote work involved.
