Your role

As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Marketing & ABM at Dialpad, you play a critical role in fueling growth and securing the loyalty of high-value clients through personalized and impactful marketing campaigns. This position requires a strategic mindset, informed by data-driven insights, and a knack for nurturing relationships both within the organization and with key accounts. Your focus will be on forging deep connections that truly resonate with our target audiences. Ideal for a visionary leader, this role calls for someone capable of guiding Dialpad's marketing and upmarket strategies with an innovative approach, aimed at strengthening customer ties and driving the company's expansion in a competitive environment.

What you’ll do

  • Primary Liaison for Upmarket Sales Collaborations: Act as the central point of contact for upmarket sales team collaborations, forging strong cross-functional ties from VP-level executives to sales representatives to align goals and strategies.
  • Strategic Account Identification and Prioritization: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and prioritize target accounts for ABM initiatives, devising and implementing tailored campaigns to effectively engage and secure these key accounts.
  • Ownership of Marketing Strategies and Campaigns: Assume full responsibility for the strategic planning, execution, and outcomes of marketing programs, employing personalized approaches for different account levels—from one-to-one engagements to broader audience strategies.
  • Cross-Departmental Engagement for Enhanced Account Penetration: Partner with various departments within and beyond the marketing division, including events, customer marketing, Employee Brand Experience (EBX), and partnerships, to deepen engagement and market penetration within top-tier accounts.
  • Event Strategy and Execution: Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of targeted events for key accounts, such as industry conferences, webinars, and custom events, ensuring these initiatives drive engagement, strengthen relationships, and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Performance Measurement and Insights Generation: Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of marketing programs, including event outcomes, to provide actionable insights and lessons learned, continuously refining and enhancing strategic approaches.
  • Market Presence and Brand Elevation: Utilize a broad range of strategies and tactics to expand the organization's market presence and elevate its brand among upmarket audiences, contributing to the broader team's goals.

  • Experience: 5-7 years in B2B marketing with a proven track record in growth and retention strategies.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional ability to influence and communicate at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic Expertise: Strong strategic planning and execution skills, particularly in ABM and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Content Mastery: Skilled in creating impactful content for high-value accounts.
  • Data-Driven: Proficient in using analytics to drive marketing decisions and measure effectiveness.
  • Market Insight: Ability to conduct insightful market research to guide strategic direction.
  • Customer Engagement: Deep understanding of enhancing customer experience through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Tech Savvy: Experienced with marketing automation and CRM tools to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Budget Efficiency: Capable of managing budgets to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership in mentoring teams and fostering innovation.
  • Compliance and Consistency: Knowledge of industry regulations with a commitment to brand integrity.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
