Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries is one of the premier employers in Pennsylvania and Maryland. We are a non-profit organization which includes Diakon Senior Living Services and Diakon Child, Family, and Community Ministries.

General Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network though Fiscal Operations and Reporting.
• Attends and participates in SWAN quarterly, regional meetings and statewide meetings as needed. 
• Prepares for review of affiliate and support contracts and renewals.
• Provides Fiscal consultations and trainings both in response to specific requests for affiliates and counties and in anticipation of network needs.

Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field of study normally required. 

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years' related experience normally required.

ADA: Ability to bend, stoop, sit, reach and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
