Documents vital signs including blood pressure, temperature respiration and weight checks and other pertinent information in the resident#s electronic health record. # Education/Training: Active registry status on the state nurse aide registry required; must possess verbal and numerical skills to read, write, and orally communicate with associate workers and residents with English as the essential language and understand job related information required. # Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in related positions preferred. # ADA: Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
