As part of our continued global expansion, we are looking for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will report into the Head of Marketing and be responsible for designing our creative assets both internally and prospect/client-facing. The right candidate should be a creative mind that is excited about taking complex technology and making it clear to understand in a visually-compelling way.

The right candidate will have experience in graphic design in a high-paced environment, juggling various projects with strong creative direction and the ability to manage various stakeholder feedback.

What you’ll do:

• Develop the brand language, own our brand guidelines and style as the company grows and evolves
• Visualize complex ideas and concepts in a simple and visually-compelling way
• Work on such assets as digital advertising units, email templates, sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies, product briefs, and more.
• Develop resources, guidelines, and templates that help different stakeholders in the company to create well designed assets
• Work closely with the content marketing team to update the website as needed

• Ensure projects are completed to a high standard and on schedule
• Be a strong voice for creative direction in a collaborative environment

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 6 years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in a startup environment.
• Strong typography skills and attention to detail.
• Has a strong multidisciplinary understanding of print and digital design.
• Highly collaborative and comfortable working with people from different disciplines.
• Very good communication skills, ability to explain conceptual ideas and design decisions; ability to receive feedback from multiple stakeholders across projects
• Team player & self-starter with excellent time management and project-planning skills.
• Good working knowledge of any number of creative/design platforms, such as Figma & Adobe CC.
• Understanding of basic HTML/CSS (as it relates to coding emails, making updates to a CMS platform, etc.)
• Understanding of basic animation (Adobe Animate, After Effects, etc.)
• Previous experience working with PM software such as Monday.com, Asana, basecamp, etc.

Nice to haves:

• Understanding of CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
• Knowledge of MAPs and designing for MAPs such as Hubspot
