Diagnostic Pathology Medical Group, Inc (DPMG) in East Sacramento seeks to hire a Client Service Representative for our busy pathology laboratory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Respond to client inquiries
- Assist clients, patients, pathologists with requests
- Distribute pathology reports to clients
- Send cases out for consultation, reference lab testing, tumor boards
- Accurately maintain and distribute slides
- Fulfill client supply orders
Education and/or Experience:
· Professional demeanor and good communication skills.
· The ability to multitask and prioritize with a high attention to detail is essential. Good computer skills are a must.
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work independently in a fast paced, high volume laboratory
- Must have the ability to multitask
Hours:
- Full Time; Monday - Friday; day shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
