Diagnostic Pain Center is Hiring a Medical Office Specialist Near Austin, TX

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Office Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office setting, possess knowledge of scheduling/Front office terminology, and demonstrate proficiency in office administrative tasks.

Duties:
- Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Coordinate medical scheduling and appointments efficiently
- Provide administrative support to medical staff
- Utilize software for data entry and record maintenance
- Handle phone systems and manage patient inquiries effectively

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical office environment is preferred
- Familiarity with medical records, receptionist duties, and medical terminology
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for patient privacy protection
- Proficiency in office tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and administrative support
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
