Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Marketing and Front Desk Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, customer service, and the beauty industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Amerejuve Medspa's services and increase brand awareness.
  2. Create engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and promotional materials to attract new clients and engage existing ones.
  3. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries and comments, and maintain a positive online presence for the spa.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events, such as open houses, beauty expos, and community outreach programs.
  5. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and promotional items.
  6. Manage the front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
  7. Provide information about our services, pricing, and promotions to clients both in-person and over the phone.
  8. Ensure that the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
  9. Collect client feedback and suggestions to improve services and enhance the overall client experience.
  10. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  2. Prior experience in marketing, customer service, or front desk operations, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industry.
  3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  4. Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

  6. Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events and client appointments.
