We are the DHL contractor in the Montgomery AL area looking for professional delivery/couriers. Delivery experience is not required, strong dependability, reliability, and professionalism are all assets we are looking for.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers.
• Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment, such as manual lifting.
• Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering products with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Communicate with customers to confirm their delivery address, package details, along with addressing any additional concerns or issues the customer may have.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries. (Ex: Proof of delivery documents)
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating company delivery vehicles.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in driving various types of vehicles, including vans or box trucks (recommended but not required)
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects. (up to 70lbs)
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.

You will be provided paid training, uniforms, and benefits (after probationary period). You are an employee NOT an independent contractor.

Starting wage is $14-$14.50 per hour ($15 - $15.50 if experienced OR have a DOT card). You will receive an annual review. $500 bonus after 6 months.
