Job Description
The primary role of the Resource Analyst's (RA) group is to reconcile customer's financial data with internal general ledgers to locate any differences in balances. Upon completion of the candidate's research, the customer will be expected to clear all outstanding discrepancies with our office in order to "close out" their account. This is a fast paced environment with a large personnel presence. The candidate's assigned team consists of 7 colleagues with 1 direct Team Lead. The entire team sits together in the same location and is expected to work closely amongst each other to achieve their designated objectives. The work is steady and the amount of cases assigned will fluctuate as the candidate closes cases and new cases become available.
