Geologics is seeking for a Production Operator/Technicianto work with one of our national aerospace and defense partners based in Scottsdale, AZ. This a 6-month contract position.
Position: Production Operator/Technician
Type: W-2, Contract (6 months)
Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour
Location: Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ
Clearance Requirement: In order to be considered for this position, a current active Secret security clearance is required. Due to the nature of work performed in the facility, U.S. citizenship is required. Job Responsibilities:

• Perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
• Perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment by reading and interpreting moderately complex schematics and drawings.
• Follow more advanced methods, techniques, and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units.
• Build or integrate hardware for prototypes, subassemblies or systems.
• Perform moderately complex electrical tests along with more complex rework and refurbishment of hardware and systems.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• In order to be considered for this position, a current and active Secret DoD clearance is required.
• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Requirements include:
  • Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuring of customer/standard software on customer device
  • Ability to accurately complete process paperwork and entering data into the applicable work order management system
  • Solid computer, communication and time management skills
  • Solid knowledge of measuring/test equipment and math
