Job CoreResponsibilities
Performs a range of routinemechanical and / or electromechanical assembly of small parts orcomponents in accordance with company instructions andprocedures
Reviews shop traveler route card oruncomplicated schematic drawings to confirm correct sequence ofoperation
Position very small parts such as ceramicboard crystals gages fine pins fire wire solder particles and epoxyunder binocular microscope using tweezers or positioningfixtures
Adjusts bends aligns and solders fine wires toresistors and base parts
Bonds or seals parts orassemblies with epoxies using direct heating elements or ovens andperforms a variety of inprocess testing
Demonstrates allsafety policies and procedures
Other responsibilities asassigned
Regular consistent and punctual attendance isrequired. May need to work nights and weekends variable schedule(s)and additional hours as necessary

Education : A Secondary Certificate / HighSchool Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education andwork experience that will allow successful performance of jobexpectations is preferred.
Certifications : Vocational training apprenticeships or the equivalent experience inrelated field
