DHA - Valley Regional Hospital is Hiring a Credentialing coordinator Near Claremont, NH

At Valley Regional Hospital, patients are the center of our coordinated care system and right now we have an opening for a Cashier, Credentialing Coordinator to join our team.

The primary responsibility of the Cashier, Credentialing Coordinator is :

  • Responsible for entering all transactions into the ledger and into the computer system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Compiles and reconciles daily deposit.
  • Reconciles daily batches to ensure data integrity
  • Responsible for the entire insurance credentialing process for all employed providers.
  • Tracks enrollment and re-enrollment requirements for providers and the facility.
  • Review and corrects the Medicaid ERA for inappropriate credit balances after posting.

An ideal Candidate would have the following qualifications :

  • Ability to critically evaluate data retrieved across multiple platforms.
  • Gather and analyze data to locate and track gaps in data processing.
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers to ensure optimal processing functions that impact billing and claims activity.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
  • Strong presence, professional image, and confidence in dealing with complex billing and reimbursement issues.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and hospital information systems.
