Responsibilities

· Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as laundry, sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, and polishing!

· Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to DH Cleaned standards!

· Follow our cleaning checklist & guidelines and other quality control measures put in place

· Notify superiors on any damages, defects, and disturbances!

· Must arrive on-time and start job and stop job in our App

· Must inform Operations Manager if the job will take longer than scheduled

· Secure property when leaving, making sure all doors and windows are locked and the alarm is set when requested

· Job must be completed in designated time allowed (first time cleanings may vary depending on the condition)

· Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours

· Positive approach and receptive to feedback/requests

· Check stocking levels of all amenities and replace when appropriate

· Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

· Follow direction and find solutions BEFORE contacting management

· Take “before and after” photos and upload to App!

· Must strive for a 5-star rating

Requirements

· Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper

· Must enjoy cleaning with a 5-star attention to detail

· Must have a valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation

· Must have a smartphone with GPS

· Possesses a professional, “DH Positive” attitude.

· Must be okay with no designated break times on some days

· Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision

· Must be okay with working alone or a team of two, three, four.

· Customer-oriented and friendly, able to engage in small talk with the customers.

· Prioritization and time management skills a must

· Working quickly without compromising quality

· Complete our Exclusive Training Program

· Fluent in English

· High school degree

· Pass a background check

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $120.00 - $177.00 per day
