Field Managers and Cleaners Wanted

New Construction (Nashville and Surrounding Areas)

Compensation: Starting at $15.00 TO $18.00 Per Hour or Percentage Rates

We are looking for NEW CONSTRUCTION CLEANERS, JANITORIAL CLEANERS and COMMERCIAL CLEANERS to join our cleaning teams. We are currently hiring FULL TIME General Cleaners and Field Managers TODAY.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Clean Commercial, Janitorial and / or New Construction projects. Duties include cleaning windows, floors, offices, bedrooms, bathrooms, walls, closets, carpets, cabinetry, millwork, light fixtures, fans, etc.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:

Minimum of 2 YEAR Experience for the Construction Cleaning Position.

Minimum of 2 YEARS Experience for the Field Manager Position.

· HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND WITH NO FELONY CRIMINAL OFFENSES FOR SECURITY BADGEING

· BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS, EARLY MONING OR NIGHTS IF NEEDED.

· HAVE A FLEXABLE WORK SCHEDULE.

· BE ABLE TO USE AND CLIMB DIFFERENT TYPES OF LADDERS.

· BE ABLE TO STAND FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.

· BE ABLE TO WORK IN THE HEAT AND COLD.

· BE ABLE TO BEND, SQUAT, LIFT, CLIMB, AND CLEAN.

· BE ABLE TO REACH, STRETCH, AND TURN BODY.

· BE ABLE TO WORK WITH ARMS ABOVE YOUR HEAD.

· BE ABLE TO WORK FAST AND EFFIECIENTLY.

· HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.

· HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.

· BE FRIENDLY, POLITE, AND PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES.

· HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

· BE ABLE TO WRITE LEDGIBLY AND COMPLETE WORK ORDERS.

· BE SELF-MOTIVATED AND EGAR TO WORK.

· BE ABLE TO WORK WITH A TEAM OR ALONE.

PAY STRUCTURE:

General Cleaners: Starting at $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.

( Percentage and Flat Rates are also negotiable )

Field Managers: $18.00 to $20.00 Per hour

(Potential Bonuses, Re-imbursements, and Overtime available.)

Pay: $125.00 - $160.00 per day

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
