We are looking for an engaging and articulate Retail Client Manager based in Chesapeake Virginia. This role provides the opportunity to become a trusted partner to a key client with significant growth potential. You will be building relationships to define and deliver upon their strategic needs, with an opportunity to bring world-leading customer data to life. You will have a real impact in driving change and growth for both our retail and CPG clients, and in turn grow the dunnhumby business.

What we expect from you

• Mobility to be based in Chesapeake, VA
• Ability to translate data into insights with clear, actionable recommendations for to drive growth and shopper loyalty.
• Expertise in dunnhumby’s applications, particularly dh Shop and dh Assortment
• Identify, build, and own relationships with client counterparts in the CPG client and retail partner and work alongside client(s) in their offices as required, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining strong client satisfaction with all client counterparts.
• Drive and build collaboration between the retailer and their suppliers/CPGs.
• Oversee and drive the delivery of each client’s account plan ensuring each is in line with client needs, including an overall client stakeholder map, and agreeing the ROI and measurable value we will deliver.
• Understand the CPG clients’ strategies and the retailer’s category strategies in order to proactively build the right workplan.
• Ability to understand technical approaches and then translate into meaningful client terminology.
• Able to develop customer focused retail strategies, synthesizing insights derived from dh tools, as well as leading qualitative research such as focus groups, quantitative surveys, and behavioral analytics.
