DH Insurance Group LLC is Hiring an In Office - Licensed Medicare Insurance Sales Agent - 2-15 / 2-40 Near Boca Raton, FL

DH Insurance Group is a rapidly growing organization and positioning for explosive growth. We are interested in hiring Money Motivated individuals looking to further their carrier in this booming insurance industry. All Sales Training, Leads, and CRM/dialer are provided. We offer Paid training and pay for the majority of start-up cost.

This is a Full-time, year-round, In office sales position with a payrate of $18/hour Monday-Friday and $25/hour on Saturday (optional). This position will start in January 2024. There is no cold calling, only inbound, warm transfers. This could be your once in a lifetime opportunity to make over 100k a year

Your Role:

  • Field inbound calls and provide guidance on insurance plan selection to the Medicare market.
  • Participate in a team environment, where training and coaching are provided, and opportunities for growth and advancements are driven by performance.
  • Develop and deploy an expertise in the health insurance market that helps seniors make informed decisions that provide peace of mind and save them money.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner, both internally and externally.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must possess Active Insurance Sales License (2-40 or 2-15)
  • AHIP Certification
  • Must have 15 non-resident license with an Active life/health Line of Authority.
  • Previous Medicare Sales experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate well with clients at all levels
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to stay confident in high stress/high activity work environment
  • Ability to explain/articulate insurance programs to callers in ways that are clear and concise
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time while talking on the phone

Compensation and Benefits

  • $18 and $25 per hour
  • $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year on target earning
  • Weekly Commissions/Bonuses
  • Paid Training
  • Required States Purchased or Renewed
  • Health Insurance with 50% employer-paid subsidy on base policy (for qualified agents)

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
