Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Duties:
- Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and objectives
- Manage project resources, including budget, timeline, and team allocation
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues; implement mitigation strategies as needed
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
- Use project management tools such as Microsoft Office and Procore
- Apply lean principles and methodologies to optimize project processes and workflows
- Utilize project scheduling techniques to effectively manage project timelines
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during project execution
- Oversee IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives

Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, including scope management, resource allocation, and risk assessment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Excel and Microsoft Project Scheduling
- Familiarity with lean principles and methodologies for process improvement
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices
- Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and best practices
