JCath Lab/IR Tech Position Available

Schedule: Day Shift, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule)

Salary: $55-$65 per hour

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

DFW Premier Staffing is seeking an experienced Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology (IR) Technician to join our healthcare team. This high-paying position is ideal for a dedicated professional skilled in both Cath Lab and IR settings, ready to handle a dynamic work environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab or IR role.
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, ARRT, and RCIS. Candidates with IR experience will be given preference.
• Other Requirements:
• Comprehensive resume and skills checklist.
• Two professional references.
• Ability to manage on-call responsibilities, including rotating calls 1-2 days per week and one weekend per month.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate specialized equipment during various cardiovascular and interventional radiology procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to all facility protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation via the Epic charting system.
• Provide patient care under challenging conditions, including handling COVID-19 patients as required.

Additional Information:

• On-Call Requirement: Yes – Rotating call schedule.
• Scrubs: Color not specified; provided by the hospital.
• Duration: This is a temporary 13-week contract with potential for extension based on performance and operational needs.
